PESATURA PER GUIDOVIA SERIE TW

Bilance aeree per guidovia affidabili e facili da usare per

l’industria delle carni. I moduli di pesatura sono di ingombro

ridotto e facilmente adattabili a qualsiasi tipo di guidovia

esistente. Completamente esenti da oscillazioni, pesano

velocemente con precisione. Versione standard secondo

norme OIML R-76 / EN 45501.

Disponibili anche in versione OMOLOGATA CE-M

 

CARATTERISTICHE PRINCIPALI

  • Indicatore con tastiera funzionale a 5 tasti e involucro metallico con protezione da polvere e spruzzi d'acqua a norme IP54 (modelli inox IP65).

  • Grande display LCD a 6 cifre da 25 mm ad alto contrasto chiaramente visibile anche in condizioni di scarsa luminosità e a bassa temperatura.

  • Funzionamento con 1 cella in alluminio con protezione IP66 (mod.ETWS) o con 2 celle in acciaio nichelato con protezione IP67 (mod.ETW). Scatola di giunzione IP67.

  • Struttura in tubolari di acciaio zincato adatta per essere installata su trave portaguidovia.

  • Cavo lunghezza 10 m tra modulo e indicatore.

  • Calibrazione e Set-Up digitale configurabili da tastiera

  • Gestione e configurazione strumento da PC

  • Alimentazione a 12 Vdc con alimentatore esterno 230 Vac in dotazione.

  • La versione INOX prevede struttura, accessori di fissaggio e indicatore di peso, in AISI304. Le celle di carico sono INOX IP67.

Bilance multifunzionali da parete per pesatura quarti e cassette, facili da usare e da pulire. Completamente in acciaio inox, di minimo ingombro, sono adatte dove occorrono particolari requisiti di igiene, nell’industria delle carni. Versione standard secondo norme OIML R- 76 / EN 45501. Disponibili anche in versione OMOLOGATA CE-M

TW SERIES OVERHEAD TRACKS WEIGHING SYSTEM

Reliable and easy to use overhead monorail scales for

the meat industry. The weighing modules take up

little space and easily adapt to any type of already

existing monorail track. These are entirely

uninfluenced by oscillations and weigh quickly and

accurately. Manufactured according to OIML R-76 /

EN 45501 standards. Available also CE-M APPROVED

 

MAIN FEATURES

  • Indicator with 5-key functional keyboard and metal case, protected against dust and water splashes according to IP54 standards (IP65 stainless steel model also available)

  • Large LCD display with 6 25-mm high contrast digits which are clearly visible even in poor lighting conditions and with low temperatures.

  • Functions with 1 aluminium cell with IP66 protection (ETWS model) or with 2 nickel-plated steel cells with IP67 protection (ETW model). Fitted with IP67 junction box.

  • Galvanised steel tubular structure suitable to be installed on the track system beam.

  • Cable, 10 m long, from module to indicator.

  • Digital calibration and set-up configurable from the keyboard

  • Instrument management and co nfiguration from the PC

CW SERIES WALL CARCASE WEIGHING SYSTEM

Easy to use and clean, multipurpose wall scales for weighing animal quarters and crates. These are completely in stainless steel, take up little space, and are suitable in areas which must meet strict hygiene requirements, like the meat industry. Manufactured according to OIML R-76 / EN 45501 standards. Available also CE-M APPROVED
