QUEUEING SYSTEM

MINI POINT SYSTEM

Encased in a black exclusively designed ABS enclosure, the MINI POINT is the most modern and technologically advanced queueing system available on the market today.

The device is provided with a remote control coding system suitable for large working areas, a fast forward function which stops at “O”, “master” and “slave” configurations, connection to tabletop consoles and a beeper control.

The remote control unit (TX433) made in shockproof ABS, is provided with an excellent range.

Apart from reducing installation times, it also enables users to speed up working procedures significantly.

It it provided with a normal and a fast forward key and with a LED showing that the impulse has been sent.

The tabletop console (CONSOLE2) is used in those areas where the operator needs to read the called number.

This enables operators to control that work is proceeding smoothly from inside their office or behind their counter.

The black ABS console, is provided with a lexan keyboard with a forward key, a LED showing that the impulse has been sent and a 2 digits microdisplay.

The console is connected to the display by means of a twisted and screened telephone cable (cat.5).

Another feature offered by the system is an additional voice module (SYNTHVOICE).

The module is programmed with a standard phrase, i.e.:”Now serving number fourty-eight” for example, with a woman’s voice. Moreover voice modules indicating departments are also available. As far as larger surface areas are concerned (supermarkets, hypermarkets…etc.) particular counter displays showing the “situation” of the various departments may be installed (TD2-3  TD2-5).

Multi display such as double faced, three faced and four faced displays are available.

The following items are also available for use with the MINI POINT queueing system: Red ticket dispenser; Floor stand for ticket dispenser consisting of a cast iron pyramid shaped base (30cm x 30cm x 7cm) and of an upright (115cm), both in black; Sign “TICKET”.

In conformity with the current legislation, the device bear the CE mark.

MULTI POINT SYSTEM

CARACTERISTICS AND OPERATING OF MULTI POINT SYSTEM

The MULTI POINT system is able to satisfy the queue management needs in those large surface areas caracterized by a certain number of counter operators.

The core of this system consist of a Main unit, which is completely programmable and which is able to control up to 15 work positions and two different queues.

As soon as the plant is turned on, it automatically locates all the devices connected to it.

Thanks to the 7 programmable codes, this unit is able to install more remote controlled MULTI POINT systems in the same area. The system can operate by means of a remote control unit (T-TX) or by means of a countertop console (T-CONSOLE).

In the first case there is a reduction in installation times and if one needs to show the operators the called number, a countertop console is suggested.

On the other hand, the system which operates by means of a console is completely programmable and if a remote control system is used, the programming must be positioned on default. All devices (exept for the remote control unit T-TX) must be connected together in parallel by a twisted and screened telephone like cable (cat.5).

The plant is able to control the following functions:

·       The volume of the beeper placed in the main display (T-MD)

·       The introduction of a specific number (this is very useful in case some tickets got lost)

·       The delay between 2 calls (so that one has time enough to read one’s call)

·       ON/OFF of change function (that enables the operator to decide, at any time, on wich of the two different queues he/she has to operate)

·       The reset (zero resetting) of all devices of the plant (a sequence of horizontal hyphens will appear)

MAIN DISPLAY

MOD.T-MD

Heigh of digits 135 mm.
Consumption 12 W
Visual angle 150°
Operating temperature  0° / 50° C°
Supply voltage 12Vcc/1000 mA
External miniature switching power supply

This is the principal display.

It is usually placed in waiting-rooms.

Such device consists of 3 red digits showing the called number and 2 green digits showing for example, the number of the counter, the room, the desk ect available.

In those locations where one needs to show information in different areas, 2 or more main displays can be installed in parallel.

If there is a big pouring in of people, a HISTORICAL main display can be installed.

This display will show the second last call, thus enabling custo-mers to read the present call and the previous one at any time.

As far the HISTORICAL main display’s position in connected it is usually placed under the main display.

Moreover, the MULTI POINT system is able to offer two different services by means of one main display.

It is therefore possible to add a second service to a principal one, satisfying all needs!

In this case a main display of the second function may be added to a main display of function.

For each of the two functions added to the plant, it is possible to install their two HISTORICAL displays.

If you want to change the indications on the upper yellow side, please make mention of it before passing an order.

This is the MULTI POINT system’s external unit which can be completely programmed by the user.

If a remote control unit is used, one should install a main display in an intermediate point of the “room” or “area”, as to grant the remote control unit (T-TX) a better reception.

This is a radio frequency remote control unit for the advancement of the progressive turn number.

It consist of a calling key and of a LED showing that the impulse has been sent.

This unit does not have a display, it is therefore recommended in those areas where the main display can be easly seen by the operators; otherwise a countertop console is suggested.
